Kent Redding, a Texas native, has proudly called Austin home for over 40 years. With a distinguished career spanning two decades, Kent has become a cornerstone of the Westlake real estate community, renowned for his expertise, dedication, and prestigious accomplishments.

As a licensed broker and active member of the Austin Board of REALTORS® (ABoR) since 2003, Kent has made significant contributions to the industry. He has served on various committees, including the MLS Compliance Committee, the Legislative Management Team, and the Audit Committee, where he was the 2023 Chair. His leadership skills have also been recognized as he served as the 2023 Chair of the Governing Policy Committee. After five years as a Board Director, Kent is now the esteemed 2024 President of ABoR.

 Kent has also contributed at the state level, serving on the Texas REALTORS® Member Benefits Committee and the Professional Standards Committee. His commitment to excellence has been a hallmark of his career with Berkshire Hathaway, where he has spent 20 years, earning numerous national awards. Kent holds designations in GRI, CRS, ABR, ePro, MRP, and CLHMS, and he was a Platinum Top 50 award winner for ten consecutive years.

Kent's dedication to his profession is matched by his commitment to his community. As an ABoR director, he works tirelessly to ensure that every member’s voice is heard, fostering engagement, building trust, and providing the necessary tools for success.

His philanthropic efforts include volunteering at Community First! Village, which supports individuals experiencing homelessness in Central Texas. He is also passionate about Hungry Souls, a charity providing meals to food-insecure children, and Red Oak Hope, which aids survivors of sex trafficking and sexual exploitation.
