1. What work is needed?
All home improvement projects need to start with an estimate. As your agent I will work on your behalf to prepare an estimate.
2. Same-Day Estimate
I will work closely with the Home Improvement Consultant (HIC) and discuss the project scope. I will then provide you with a same-day estimate.
3. Sign Now, Pay Later
We will do a virtual walkthrough to finalize all project details. From there, you will sign paperwork that states there is zero payment due ’til closing.
4. Meet Your Project Manager
An experienced Project Manager will be assigned to take care of every detail, saving you time and any unwanted stress!
5. Stay Updated
True transparency. You and your agent will stay updated through the app! You’ll have more visibility into projects than ever before. You can do things like: schedule meetings, track progress, review photo & video updates, and select materials from any device.
6. Pay at Closing
Home Improvements were a success, you're ready to hit the market. Remember you don't pay a dime until your home sells. That means no hidden interest charges, fees, or price reduction requirements. Fix first, pay later.
